Sustainable solutions for long-term economic recovery and resiliency.


The Institute for Sustainable Development has been retained by Hawai’i County to assist with the “Big Island’s” Economic Recovery Plan related to the 2018 Kilauea Volcano Eruption and Hurricane Lane. On July 19, 2019 the project was publicly kicked off by the County. We presented our initial scope at the Hawai’i Island Chamber of Commerce.
