Stephen Cauffman

Stephen is recently retired from the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and is dedicated to fostering an entrepreneurial environment within research organizations. He specializes in program management, business development, and the commercialization of new technologies, particularly in composite materials and disaster resilience. His leadership and expertise have made a lasting impact in the field, including disaster resilience initiatives and the World Trade Center investigation, as well as assessing damage from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
