Mike Martinet

Michael is a Principal with the Martinet Group, LLC, and specializes in Disaster Finance and Cost Recovery programs. With over 25 years of experience, he trains local government officials nationwide on maximizing disaster cost recovery through FEMA’s Public Assistance program. Notably, he authored a book on navigating federal regulations surrounding FEMA’s public assistance programs: Fighting with FEMA. He is a Certified Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). He founded the IAEM Disaster Cost Recovery Caucus and contributed to the National Fire Protection Association’s Standard 1600 on disaster management.
