Over the past 7 years, LC Clemons (“Force of Nature LC”) has been collaborating with individuals and organizations on the development of an overlay to disaster emergency response that mixes the principles of placemaking and tactical urbanism with the traditional response efforts related to water, food, sheltering, supply distribution, and social/health services. She is an Adaptive Innovation Strategist with Force of Nature Solutions and the Founder and CEO of Collaborative Communities Management Company. She firmly believes that strong connections foster strong recoveries.
