She previously led a crucial division of a $51 million BTOP grant at One Economy Corporation, focusing on broadband adoption to enhance access to housing and digital resources. She also served as SVP at Participant Media’s TAG division, driving impactful campaigns in vulnerable communities. She co-founded Delaware's first Urban League and was the first female national president of the National Urban League Young Professionals, advocating for housing equity and community development.
